Principal Guest Conductor of Opera North

It was announced today that Antony is to be Principal Guest Conductor of Opera North, effective immediately. Since his revelatory debut with Tosca in 2018, Antony has established a strong relationship with the company; as Principal Guest he will conduct one opera production each season as well as symphonic concerts, and he will also contribute to the artistic vision of the Opera North.

Earlier this month, Antony made two successful debuts; Dortmund Philharmoniker at Konzerthaus Dortmund and the Belgian National Orchestra at Bozar, with soloist Lorenzo Gatto.
